When will I receive my order?
If you have ordered a physical product, such as a book package, it will normally be shipped the same day if you place your order on working days before 3 p.m. You will receive a confirmation and a track & trace code so that you can track your package. Please note that it may take longer for your package to arrive, especially around public holidays. We have no influence on PostNL's delivery times.
If you have ordered a digital product, such as iTheorie, you will receive it in your mailbox within a few minutes after payment.
