According to PostNL, my parcel has been delivered, but I have not received anything.

Always check first whether your parcel has been delivered to your neighbours or to a nearby parcel point. If it is a letterbox parcel, it may be that the delivery driver was unable to complete their round that day. The parcel will then be taken back to the depot, but will often not be scanned again. As a result, it will automatically be marked as delivered. Normally, the parcel will still be delivered one or two days later. In that case, we ask you to wait a few days.
