How do I place an order?
Log in with your LENS-ID, which consists of a username and password that you can use for all our websites. Search for the products you wish to purchase. Add them to your shopping basket, fill in your details if necessary, and pay via Wero (formerly iDeal). You can also set up a direct debit authorisation. You will receive notification a few days before the amount is debited.
If you have ordered physical products, such as book packages, these will be sent to the specified address as soon as possible. If you have ordered digital products, such as iTheorie, you will receive them in your mailbox within a few minutes of completing your order. Together with the invoice, you will find these as separate attachments to the confirmation email.
