When will I receive my order?
If you have ordered one or more physical products, these will normally be shipped the same day if you place your order on working days before 3 p.m. You will receive a confirmation and a track & trace code so that you can track your parcel. You will usually receive it 1 or 2 working days later. Please note that it may take longer for your parcel to arrive, especially around public holidays. Unfortunately, we have no influence on PostNL's delivery times.
If you have ordered one or more digital products, such as iTheorie, you will receive them as attachments next to the invoice in your mailbox within a few minutes of completing your order.
