Unfortunately, you cannot create an account with us without registering with the Chamber of Commerce. If you are starting a driving school, we would be happy to tell you about the products and services we can offer you. Feel free to contact us. Then you will know exactly where you stand and can get started as soon as you receive your Chamber of Commerce number!
