Which products can I return?

Only physical products are eligible for return. Digital products, such as online courses, apps, licenses, downloads, and other digitally delivered content, cannot be returned or refunded once delivery has started and you have agreed to immediate access. In such cases, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies.
